Refund Policy
Returns/Exchanges:
Customers may return items through the return portal, purchased from oddsox.com within 30 days from the date of purchase on (eligible for returns).
- A valid proof of purchase (i.e., original receipt, email order confirmation) is required for all returns.
- Odd Sox return policy is 30 days after receiving your item from the tracking number.
- Full & promotional priced items are eligible for return.
- New/unused and re-sellable items, or defective items.
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact.
- An exchange will be for size changes of the same style, design, or print.
- Subscription, Gift Cards & Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
- Where the buyer refuses delivery or marks the package RTS, the order will be refunded, less applicable shipping charges, upon a successful delivery scan to the original sender. This return method is not recommended. If you intend to refuse a delivery, please get in touch with us directly beforehand at online@oddsoxofficial.com.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, returned merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hang tags attached or in the original packaging in the case of underwear. All garments are subject to inspection.
- Refund to original payment method.
- Refund to your store discount.
- Refunds or orders cancelled can take up to 5-10 days to process and your institutions processes.

How soon will I get my refund?
- After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at online@oddsox.com.
Return Shipping Costs:
Buyer pays return shipping and agrees to use tracking services on all returned orders. There will be no shipping charges for return shipping of the exchanged item; not responsible for lost return packages that do not use return tracking. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please get in touch with your store or online retailer directly for orders or item-related inquiries not made on our website. We are unable to assist with these inquiries.
Our brands Odd, Odd Sox, and Cool Socks are offered on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, however, please note that multiple sellers are selling these brands. Orders placed on these marketplaces may be subject to specific seller policies and are different from Odd Sox LLC. Inquiries must be submitted directly from your account to ensure you are directed to the appropriate seller.
Inquiries to purchases placed in-store or on a marketplace including Amazon, eBay, Target, and Walmart are to be directed to the appropriate retailer. Each retailer or marketplace seller maintains their policies and procedures independently of Odd Sox LLC.
